Who Can Use Nerd Needs
Nerd Needs is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow children under 18 to use the app.

- Approximate location: country, city, region, or approximate location used for community discovery, lobby discovery, safety, and app functionality.

- Provide community, messaging, lobby, avatar, profile, and shared-interest features.
- Operate feed, inbox, lobby, map, discovery, and quick social game features.
- Manage accounts, subscriptions, purchases, and entitlements.

Location and Map Features
Nerd Needs may use approximate location to support community discovery and lobby discovery. The app may show the signed-in user their own location or nearby community/lobby context. The app is not intended to expose another user’s precise live location to other users.
Payments
Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform. We do not store payment card details. The app store provider may process payment, tax, refund, and subscription management information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us operate hosting, analytics, crash reporting, moderation, security, support, and app functionality.
